Job Description

The Financial Services Executive will be responsible for managing operational processes and management systems within the bancassurance function at Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd.

Key Accountabilities
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the bancassurance function.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices and commercial benefits across operations.
  • Establish a cost-effective operating model across all operational functions, including key performance indicators, business metrics, and external benchmarking data.
  • Ensure alignment of objectives and priorities with the organization's vision, objectives, and priorities.
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement and learning, consulting with other managers to understand necessary aspects and needs of operational development.
Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in bancassurance administration, banking operations, or a similar role in the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and banking products, especially in the bancassurance space.
