We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Project Manager to lead and deliver regional operations and growth initiatives in Asia. This role is critical in ensuring that business operations across multiple countries are streamlined, scalable, and aligned with Sedgwick's expansion strategy.

About the Role
  • This position will lead regional operational projects, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
  • You will identify gaps in current operations and implement solutions to enhance productivity and service delivery.
  • Ensure alignment of country-level operations with Sedgwick's global and regional policies.
  • Manage risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements across markets, ensuring operational consistency.
Responsibilities
  1. Operations & Change Management:
  2. Lead regional operational projects, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
  3. Identify gaps in current operations and implement solutions to enhance productivity and service delivery.
  4. Ensure alignment of country-level operations with Sedgwick's global and regional policies.
  5. Manage risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements across markets, ensuring operational consistency.
  6. Strategic Growth & Expansion Initiatives:
  7. Work closely with the CEO and country heads to execute growth strategies including market expansion.
  8. Develop and track KPIs for expansion projects, ensuring clear reporting on progress and impact.
  9. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on opportunities and challenges in the region.
  10. Regional Stakeholder & PMO Governance:
  11. Act as a bridge between country heads and regional leadership, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  12. Lead structured project governance and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility on key initiatives.
  13. Work with the PMO and global teams to ensure project frameworks are aligned with Sedgwick's overall strategic direction.
  14. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clear timelines, risks, and mitigation plans.
