About the Position

We're looking for a talented Bookkeeper/Preparer to join our team in RDC HK. This role will involve performing daily tasks with medium complexity, including closing full sets of books, preparing annual financial statements, and scheduling bank/account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

  1. Closing full sets of books, preparation of annual financial statements & scheduling, bank/account reconciliation, preparation of GST returns, preparation of tax returns with tax computations, accounts payable payment support services, and other tailor-made management reports/financial analysis.
  2. Liaising with auditors and tax agents.
  3. Ensuring all accounts portfolios assigned are completed on time for reporting purposes.
  4. Ensuring all accounting documentation and information are properly stored/filed.
  5. Completing time sheets in an accurate and timely manner. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Fresh graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business or equivalent e.g Diploma holder in Accountancy or Business with 1 year working experience.
  2. Sound knowledge of international and local accounting principles and practices and financial reporting.
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Intermediate Excel skill set and willingness to learn cloud accounting system.
  5. Good command of both spoken and written English. Demonstrated self-starter with high initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
