About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the development of innovative marketing solutions. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving marketing activities for assigned market segments and contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solution Business based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Your primary objective will be to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure successful brand engagement, lead generation, and product positioning in the market. You will work closely with our Product Marketing Manager to oversee the Salesforce Dashboard and generate marketing reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Product Marketing Specialist to conduct market research, prepare competitor analysis, and define strategic marketing plans.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will also need to be proficient in managing content, executing digital campaigns, and handling communications/public affairs to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The responsibilities and requirements for this role include:
  1. Planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to ensure successful brand engagement, lead generation, and product positioning in the market.
  2. Overseeing the Salesforce Dashboard and generating marketing reports.
  3. Conducting market research, preparing competitor analysis, and defining strategic marketing plans.
  4. Collaborating with the Product Marketing Manager and Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  5. Providing market information to support long-term decision-making on the marketing strategy.
  6. Driving continuous improvement on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and monitoring Net Price Variance (NPV).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, with at least 5 years of proven experience in marketing or communications.
  • Strong ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop go-to-market strategies to enhance product positioning and market penetration.
  • Proficiency in managing content, executing digital campaigns, and handling communications/public affairs to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
