About the Role:
We are looking for a Compliance and Labour Law Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for advising on industrial relations matters, including counselling & disciplinary matters, termination, grievances, investigations, and employment legislation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage industrial relations matters such as comprehensive planning in resolving company-wide disciplinary matters - including conducting investigation and holding domestic inquiries.
- Provide support, guidance, and recommendations to the business process labour disputes and grievances in a proper and timely manner.
- Monitor and ensure Company-wide compliance by educating managers on a range of employment laws topics to ensure legal compliance.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelors Degree Specialised in: Human Resources and Labour Law.
- Total Relevant Experience: More than 8 years in Industrial Relations matters.
- Familiar with Industrial Relations, Employment Acts, Labour Laws, and Counselling & Coaching.
