We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Responsibilities:

  1. Audit daily and monthly inventory reports to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  2. Monitor incoming shipments and inspect materials for quality control.
  3. Classify and store materials in a safe and organized manner.
  4. Coordinate the shipping process to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  5. Handle scrapped and long-term idle items in the warehouse.
  6. Review inventory levels and report to the finance department.
  7. Participate in regular safety inspections and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or higher in Logistics or related field with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  2. Proven experience in handling hazardous materials and WMS systems.
  3. Familiarity with LMW and Custom Clearance procedures.
