This is a challenging yet rewarding role for a Safety and Compliance Officer who is passionate about aviation safety and regulation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs, coordinating with regulatory authorities, and conducting audits to mitigate risks and ensure organizational compliance with health and safety standards.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with regulatory authorities and internal teams.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management / Occupational Safety & Health / any related field. Certification in Safety Management (e.g., OSHA, etc.) is an advantage. Experience in Aviation Operations, Safety compliance, or risk management is a plus.
