Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in CAPA and/or NCR processes related to customer complaints and nonconformities in NPD and lifecycle products.
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes, develop corrective actions, and implement process improvements.
- Develop technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and proposed solutions.
- Collaborate within R&D, manufacturing, QA, and other stakeholders to identify appropriate solutions to correct problems and prevent recurrence.

We are looking for a skilled Technical Problem Solver to join our R&D team. As a key member, you will drive product development and ensure the highest quality standards. Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Material Science engineering, or an equivalent field, along with a minimum 2-3 years of experience in failure analysis. Strong knowledge of problem-solving tools, such as fishbone diagrams and 5 Whys analysis, is essential. Experience with statistical analysis using Minitab software and knowledge of CAPA and NCR processes are also highly valued. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required to effectively communicate findings and proposed solutions through technical reports and presentations.
