Job Description

This Electrical Maintenance Specialist role involves supervising a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring that all electrical equipment is properly maintained. You will work closely with other departments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Plan and perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
  2. Ensure facility equipment are properly maintained.
  3. Meet service quality and effectiveness standards.
  4. Conduct root cause analysis on electrical breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
  5. Manage scheduled waste for the electrical section.
  6. Supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
Qualifications and Skills

For this role, we require a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and at least 1-2 years of electrical maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry. You should also have good English and Malay communication skills.
