Job Description

Hiredly X is seeking a skilled Client Partnerships Specialist to join our team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the tech industry.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer success or sales & marketing and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the tech industry.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
  • Preparing and submitting regular reports on client interactions and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer success or sales & marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Detail-oriented, result-driven, and analytical skills.
