Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team at Schneider Electric Industries (M) Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and ensuring compliance of the payroll process.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource, Mathematics, or Accounting, with 4-5 years of relevant experience in payroll. Familiarity with local statutory and governance for Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, or Thailand is an added advantage.

You will participate in the development of procedures related to payroll operations, maintain standard operating procedure documentation, and analyze complex matters requiring comprehensive knowledge of payroll policies and procedures.

You will ensure compliance with internal controls, payroll-related legislations, and audits, and provide advice to stakeholders and mentor peers. Additionally, you will refine payroll processes and embed continuous improvement as part of our DNA.
