Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Development: Develop, implement, and manage infrastructure using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or Azure Bicep to ensure consistent and reproducible environments.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins to automate the software release process.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to ensure system health and performance.
  • Configuration Management: Use configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef to automate the setup and maintenance of software configurations across various environments.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that all cloud infrastructure complies with security policies and best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), network security, and data protection in Azure.
  • Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize Azure cloud costs using Azure Cost Management tools, identifying opportunities for cost savings and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability in case of failures or outages.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to support and improve the software delivery lifecycle, resolving issues and enhancing collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
  • 4 - 5 years professional experience in DevOps skillset
  • Required Specific Knowledge and Capabilities: Cloud and Infrastructure Proficiency, Automation and CI/CD, Monitoring, Security, and Compliance, Performance Optimization and Cost Management, Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
