We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Reporting Data Modeler. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and report development, with expertise in designing and implementing optimized reporting solutions.

The primary focus of this role will be analyzing data and reporting requirements to deliver high-quality, data-driven insights through advanced reporting solutions. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and enhancing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, collaborating with data engineers and other team members to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reports, and developing and maintaining ETL processes to gather and integrate data from various platforms and systems.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards with Power BI or equivalent BI tools, 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server databases and queries in a data management role, and 3+ years of experience using ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines, or SSIS. Strong knowledge of data modeling, including relational and dimensional modeling, is also essential.
