  1. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure due diligence is conducted based on global and regional compliance requirements.
  2. Assess vendor cybersecurity programs and identify gaps with internal company policy requirements.
  3. Review vendor attestations and identify potential gaps or control weaknesses.
  4. Familiarity with China Privacy Laws and Cybersecurity regulations such as PIPL, DSL, MLPS 2.0, and CSL.
