Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans through collaboration with potential business partners to achieve company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Prepare monthly retail business report: mall occupancy report/opening and closing, retail trend, retail market performance, market movement and other related report.
  • Coordinate with Retail and Marketing team on planning, designing and facilitating layout and outlook of new and existing own shop.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently.
