Financial Operations Lead

Job Description:
- The company is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations Excellence to lead the development and coaching of the finance team.
- This role will involve rolling out globally harmonized business processes in finance and consulting with group companies and SSC on finance and asset management topics.
- The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or a similar field and 5-10 years of accounting experience in a multi-national corporate organization.
- Strong knowledge of process analysis, process management and governance, as well as experience in international projects and intercultural cooperation, is required.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and coach the finance team for optimal performance.
- Roll out globally harmonized business processes in finance.
- Consult with group companies and SSC on finance and asset management topics.
- Ensure global knowledge transfer and training if required.
- Coordinate and lead deployments of standard processes for all companies in the region.
- Analyze processes and identify improvement potentials in processes.
