  • Process supplier invoices and ensure they are paid accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all payables transactions.
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable aging to ensure timely payments.
Responsibilities

This role will also focus on maintaining compliance with company policies and optimising the overall accounts payable and T&E processes.

  • Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage corporate travel expenses, ensuring adherence to travel policies and budgets.
  • Provide guidance to employees on travel and expense policies, and resolve any related issues.
Key Accountabilities
  • Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to the accounts payable and T&E processes.
