Job Overview

E-Document Solution Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our accounting team in generating accurate and timely invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate daily invoices using the OBM System, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform regular follow-up calls with customers to obtain meter readings and resolve billing errors.
  • Send invoices and statements to customers on a monthly basis, issuing reminder and final notice statements as needed.
  • Collaborate with the accounts department to secure payment on outstanding invoices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clerical and general administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with customers.
  • Able to work efficiently under tight schedules and deadlines.
