Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Real-Time 3D Character Artist to join our growing team. As a key contributor, you'll work closely with our core team to develop characters that bring our projects to life, collaborating on concept designs, planning, and estimation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop visually appealing and technically accurate assets that meet project requirements and deadlines.
  2. Collaborate with multiple disciplines to identify potential pitfalls and ensure efficient production workflows.
  3. Stay up-to-date with current industry standards, trends, and software to consistently deliver high graphical quality.
Required Skills
  • Experience in 3D software (Pixologic ZBrush, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender) and 2D software (Adobe Photoshop, Substance Painter, Designer).
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine 4 and 5, as well as version control software (SVN, Git, Perforce).
  • Strong game art asset pipeline skills, including high-poly, low-poly, baking, and traditional/agile work environments.
  • Ability to self-assess, profile, improve, and optimize 3D assets in-game, good observational skills when replicating 2D concepts into 3D assets.
