**About Your Role:**

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of incoming activities related to quality. This includes supplier and imported quality related activities, as well as ISO and FSC compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure all incoming and imported products not meeting product specifications are held physically and updated in the system.
  • Perform simulated testing or real application testing as required.
  • Work on assignments from your supervisor.
  • Track and monitor critical supplier quality parameters and work closely with suppliers and manufacturing to improve capability.
  • Handle customer complaints by conducting investigations and providing feedback to the requester within specified timeframes.
  • Lead and supervise incoming quality lab staff to carry out routine product testing and additional tests required.
  • Work closely with production, planning, and CCC to prevent and resolve quality issues.
  • Assist with ISO-related activities and conduct internal audits.
  • Assist with FSC-related activities and conduct internal audits.
  • Coordinate the purchase of chemicals and lab use items.
  • Coordinate the calibration management system.
  • Prepare and submit relevant reports.
  • Work on assignments from your supervisor.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Science, engineering, or related experience preferred.
  • 4+ years of QA experience in incoming material and supplier management.
  • Hands-on experience in FSC or ISO 9001 is mandatory.
  • Certified auditor or certified quality analyst preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of database administration and systems testing and auditing processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent auditing and statistical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent technical aptitude.
  • Strong team-building and mentoring skills.
