Sales and Administrative Assistant - We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team on a 1-year contract. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including administrative and sales support functions.

  • The chosen candidate will assist with various tasks related to e-Invoicing and NetSuite implementation.
  • Management of sales invoices in Excel and other platforms, including manual uploads into the IRB e-invoicing system.
  • Completion of additional tasks as required. On-the-job training will be provided.

This position requires strong teamwork and communication skills. The successful candidate will contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
