About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Imagining Technologist to join our team at LS FAMILY SDN BHD. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to diagnostic imaging, including operating imaging equipment, preparing patients, and ensuring radiation safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate imaging equipment such as X-rays to capture high-quality images for patient diagnosis.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring they are comfortable.
  • Collaborate with doctors to discuss imaging results and assist in diagnosis and treatment plans.

Patient Care and Safety

  • Ensure patients receive compassionate care, addressing any concerns or questions they may have regarding the imaging procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of procedures, including patient data, imaging results, and radiation doses used during procedures.

Education and Certification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging.
  • Certified Radiographer with registration under the Malaysian Society of Radiographers (MSR) or relevant governing body.
  • Knowledge of radiation safety and protocol.
