Job Description

This position involves creating quotes for new clients and ensuring smooth shipments in the logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Marketing Team in preparing quotations for new customers and maintaining business relationships.
  • Verify rates from suppliers, including freight carriers and warehouses.
  • Prepare quotations within the same day after receiving confirmation from the CEO.
  • Follow up with customers to secure shipments and monitor status until completion.
  • Coordinate with government agencies to obtain import/export permits for new items.
  • Generate MITI cost analyses and renew MTIB licenses.
  • Update Carrier Own Container (COC) rate lists and distribute to team members monthly.
  • Prepare costing sheets and update Smart Freight System quotations for each shipment.
  • Review supplier tax invoices and customer invoices before sending to the Accounts Department.
  • Monitor warehouse stock movement and coordinate with Import Teams on stock in/out and vendor invoices.
