Your Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with diverse stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of SDRs and AEs.
  • Cultivate a high-energy, collaborative team culture that consistently exceeds targets.
You Will Thrive If:
  • You have 5+ years of experience in leading and managing sales teams.
  • You possess expertise in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and knowledge of sales methodologies.
  • You are a results-driven leader who excels in sales strategy and team development.
