  2. Collaborate with the sustainability team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations related to indoor air quality and energy management.
  3. Monitor daily operations and identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement.
  4. Prepare and submit technical reports to relevant authorities, including condition appraisal reports, monthly deduction mapping reports, incident reports, life cycle assessments, benchmarking, and electrical drawings.
