Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Assistant Manager to join our team at People Profilers.

About the Role:

  • Assist in planning and developing funding plans that align with our company's financial services funding/risk management policy.
  • Analyze and prepare funding plan forecasts, develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare treasury market/forecast expectations and analyze financial data/market movements to identify trends and areas for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
  • Assist in setting up bond programs, studying and recommending asset-backed securitization, capital structure, sustainability, and green loans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with bankers and related business partners, assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by superior/HOD as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance, Professional Qualification (e.g. ACCA) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Treasury or Finance.
  • Additional advantage if the applicant is a MIA member.
  • Knowledge in Banking industry and financial analysis is preferred.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
