Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at the DKSH Group. As a key member of our security department, you will be responsible for supervising security personnel and implementing effective loss prevention initiatives.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for enforcing site security concepts and procedures, as well as loss prevention initiatives. You will also assist the Security Manager on SIDs' escalation and investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Enforce Security Concepts: Ensure full functionality of Security Systems such as CCTV, VMS, Access Control System, Intrusion Detection System (IDS)/Emergency Door Alarm, Key Management, Boom Gates, and Badging System. Report any issues for immediate attention/rectification.
  2. Assist Investigations: Assist the Security Manager on SIDs' escalation and investigations. Conduct regular spot-checks and report any findings.
  3. Provide Training: Provide monthly security training and closely follow up on security guards' performance, discipline, development, and welfare.
  4. Solve Operational Issues: Be available, reachable, and alert to address day-to-day operational issues and emergency situations as part of the ERT team.
