Job Description

As a Sales Ambassador, you will be representing Crigen Resources as a subject matter expert, delivering one-to-one presentations to close membership package sales.

You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries and addressing their concerns professionally.

To be successful in this role, you should have a sales result-driven mindset and be customer-oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company brand as a subject matter expert and deliver one-to-one presentations to close membership package sales.
  • Respond to client inquiries and address their concerns professionally.
  • Drive new sales and repeat sales from existing customers/members.
  • Develop a sales flow that ensures prospect clients receive excellent service and are satisfied with their experience.
  • Capture sales records and ensure accurate documentation and transactions.

Requirements:

  • We welcome candidates with or without experience, as training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay is required, with additional Mandarin dialects being an advantage. Preferably Chinese speaking candidates.
  • Sales result-driven and customer-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
  • Willingness to travel outstation and possess own transport.
