Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer to lead our team of software engineers in designing and implementing scalable software systems using Java. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, including proficiency in Object-Oriented programming (OOP) concepts, strong knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals, and expert experience with Spring Framework.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze system requirements, develop comprehensive specifications for software development, and ensure timely completion of projects. Main Responsibilities:
  1. System Analysis: Analyze system requirements, developing comprehensive specifications for software development.
  2. System Integration: Design and implement system integrations and project workflows, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
  3. Code Development: Write clean, modular, and well-documented Java code, following industry best practices and standards.
  4. Database Design: Design and implement software database architecture, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
  5. Task Management: Prioritize and distribute development tasks among team members, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  6. Software Testing: Test and debug software applications, identifying and resolving defects and issues.

Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  2. IT Experience: 3+ years of IT work experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java development.
  3. Java Skills: Hands-on experience with Java, including proficiency in OOP concepts.
  4. SQL Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals, including data modeling and querying.
  5. Spring Framework: Expert experience with Spring Framework, including its core features and configuration.
  6. Testing: Experience with testing methodologies that cover unit, integration, and system testing.
