* Review and monitor the operation of all sites to ensure compliance with best practices and procedures.
* Maintain knowledge in Mechanical: control valves, rotating equipment; Electrical: single phase and three phase power systems; Instrumentation: PLC systems, SCADA, transmitters, and analytical equipment.
* Implement and manage an effective maintenance program in coordination with customers.
* Identify and monitor quality and performance indicators to achieve KPI targets.
* Analyze production and maintenance reports to detect and correct problems.
* Optimize site activities and ensure equipment maintenance compliance to enhance plant availability.
* Adhere to safety, quality assurance, and risk management protocols.
* Maintain up-to-date plant documentation, including Operating Manuals and SOPs.
* Provide training and guidance to colleagues and ensure compliance with IMS, HSEQ, and local legislation.
* Respond to emergencies and provide support and advice as needed.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering i.e., Electronics & Instrumentation or relevant field.
* Less than 3 years working experience in industrial gas plants or similar industry with hands-on experience in troubleshooting problems.
* Ability to communicate effectively and create a teamwork atmosphere.
* Ability to work with all levels of people and build relationships with customers.
