About the Team

We are a diverse team of experienced chefs dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

The Sous Chef will play a key role in assisting the Chef de Cuisine in managing the kitchen operation, ensuring it operates as a successful independent profit center.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years work experience as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie specialized in Chinese cuisine.
  • Experience in luxury international brands.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System.
Key Tasks
  1. Assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing the kitchen operation.
  2. Develop and implement efficient kitchen procedures to maintain high standards.
  3. Maintain accurate records of food production and inventory management.

Please note that due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
