As a Brand Strategy Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, craft compelling visual stories, and contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives.

You will report to the Marketing Team Lead.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop offline marketing materials, including packaging, logos, brochures, and event collateral.
  2. Ensure brand consistency across all offline and online marketing channels.
  3. Collaborate with different departments to strengthen and maintain the brand identity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in creative design (preferably in marketing, advertising, or product-based industries).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AI, Premiere Pro).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing product packaging, branding, and offline campaign materials.
  • Multilingual proficiency: Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both written & spoken).
  • Creative vision: Ability to transform concepts into impactful visual assets.
  • Attention to detail: Strong proofreading and quality-checking abilities.
  • Collaboration & communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with offline production processes (print & packaging).
  • Relevant industry experience: Preferably in FMCG, retail, or product-driven industries.
  • Design expertise: Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
