  3. Confidentiality: Protect operations by keeping information confidential and maintaining the security of our systems.
  4. Engineering and Organization Mission: Accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed and contributing to the success of our team.
  5. Software Solutions Development: Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, and investigating problem areas.
  6. System Maintenance: React to problems and correct the system and application as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
  7. Program Specification: Establish a detailed program specification through discussion with clients and internal team members.
  8. Documentation: Produce documentation such as user manuals, installation manuals, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
  9. Deliverables: Deliver high-quality work on schedule and meet the expectations of our organization.
  10. Feature Development: Assign various features to develop by the CTO, for which you will be responsible, in association with your Project Manager.
  11. Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the departmental manager.
  12. Network Performance: Establish and maintain network performance by building net configurations and connections, and troubleshooting network problems.
Requirements
  1. Programming Languages: Other programming languages are a value add.
  2. Operating Systems: Familiar with Windows Server and Linux-based operating systems.
  3. Database Management: Familiar with either Windows SQL Server and MySQL.
  4. Development Experience: Experienced in web/mobile application development, Unix/Linux environments, information retrieval, networking, or systems/security software development.
  5. Programming Knowledge: Good knowledge of Object Oriented programming and the difference between server/client programming.
  6. Software Development Cycle: Have a well understanding of the general software development cycle.
  7. Personal Qualities: Must be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded, a team player, and independent.
  8. Collaboration: Able to work closely with internal/external parties to achieve company goals.
