To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise technology solutions, preferably with ServiceNow.
  • A strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, features, and integrations.
  • A proven track record of leading global product teams and delivering enterprise-grade products at scale.
  • The ability to translate business requirements into product features and manage a global product roadmap.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred.
