  • Claims Investigation and Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth investigations and data analysis, collaborating with various departments (e.g., Traders, Operators, Legal, Tax Advisors) to assess and resolve demurrage claims effectively.
  • Regular Assessments and Compliance: Provide regular analytical assessments of outstanding claims and costs, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver value and maintain data accuracy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance, trading, or shipping.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in a global or multi-national company.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and value delivery.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain external relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on delivering integrated value across the organisation.
