As a Production Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment.

You will work closely with project teams to investigate and resolve complex issues, and develop and maintain technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue resolution: Address production issues according to the agreed service level agreement (SLA).
  • Batch run completion: Ensure that all production batch runs are completed as per the agreed SLA.
  • System monitoring: Conduct regular monitoring of the production systems to ensure stability and availability as per the agreed SLA.
  • Solution implementation: Work with project teams to investigate complex issues, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
Requirements
  • Educational background: Hold a Bachelor's degree or a relevant professional qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Development experience: Have at least 4-5 years of development experience in the complete system development life cycle.
  • Team lead experience: Have at least 2-3 years of experience as a team lead with a minimum of 5 team members.
  • Technical skills: Have hands-on experience with web-based programming technologies and frameworks, such as Struts, Hibernate, HTML5, AJAX, JSP, J2EE, web services, etc.
  • Database skills: Have hands-on experience with Oracle database and PL/SQL.
  • Communication skills: Possess strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
