**Job Overview**

  As a Microsoft Innovation Center professional, you will play a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for our cloud services. This includes supporting online platforms such as Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.

  Responsibilities include:

  • Performing diagnostics and troubleshooting following standard procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues with minimal customer disruption.
  • Verifying that grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling are set up properly according to safety protocols and deployment standards.
  • Decommissioning hardware for simple changes and refreshes following standard procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and management regarding incidents and progress.

  **Requirements**

  To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
  • 1+ year(s) experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • Ability to work shifts, including non-standard business hours.
