About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction site supervisor to join our team at Shanghai Baoye Group (Malaysia) Sdn. As a key member of our construction operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of all on-site construction activities for our high-rise residential building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management and coordination of on-site construction activities
  • Monitor progress to ensure timely completion and quality control
  • Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to support efficient workflow
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions
  • Track labor, materials, equipment usage, and maintain accurate site records
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, company policies, and health and safety regulations
  • Assist in scheduling and logistical planning for material deliveries, crane lifts, and subcontractor activities
  • Report construction issues promptly and provide technical input to resolve challenges
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of working experience on residential or high-rise construction sites
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and structural work
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Familiarity with site safety procedures and local building codes
  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); experience with project management or construction software is an advantage
