- Onboarding & Orientation: Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and assisting with orientation sessions.
- Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
