As a key member of our Ground Procurement team, you will be responsible for managing ground procurement activities, including rates sourcing and vendor management. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet our customers' needs.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Manage rates sourcing and provide ground solutions for RFQ and enquiries.
  2. Collaborate with the BD/Ground team to pursue new business opportunities and customer retention strategies.
  3. Monitor vendor KPI performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Ensure adherence to CEVA Business Rules and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  5. Develop and manage Transport Service Agreements in liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  6. Maintain strong governance within the business, both internally and with external vendors.
  7. Identify cost savings initiatives to contribute to CEVA's cost reduction program.
