Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Telco CRM and Order Provisioning Delivery Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Telco CRM and Order Provisioning, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IT Provisioning systems for consolidation projects, working closely with solution architects to define strategies for provisioning system harmonization across multiple lines of business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of IT Provisioning systems.
  • Work closely with BSS, Telco Network teams, and 3rd-party platforms to translate business requirements into technical delivery documents.
  • Ensure quality and timely change requests and project delivery.
  • Act as the point of contact and expert on domain verticals of IT Order management, collaborating with partners to deliver Application Development and Maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a degree-level qualification in Telecommunications, Technology & EE.
  • Minimum 8 years' working experience in Telco CRM and Order Provisioning.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
  • Added advantages if having technical skills in Linux, Oracle PL/SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Perl/PHP/shell scripts).
  • Team leader capability with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
