Chief Engineer

At Hilton Worldwide, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering, Maintenance and Facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment in our hotel.

1. Plan and execute maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of hotel systems.
2. Supervise and train a team of engineers and technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
3. Develop and implement energy conservation and sustainability initiatives to reduce the hotel's environmental impact.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent guest experiences.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive and compliant with regulatory requirements.

1. At least 10 years of experience in hotel engineering or a related field.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and implementing energy conservation initiatives.
3. Strong knowledge of hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
5. Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical staff and guests.
