Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly experienced Chief Technical Officer to lead our technology strategy, overseeing all technical functions and engineering teams.

About the Role:

  • Define and implement the overall technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and clinical goals.
  • Lead all technical departments, including AI engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security.
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams with strong execution capabilities.
  • Guide the development of AI-driven systems for automated health report generation using LLMs, RAG, and LangChain workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the technology strategy, focusing on cloud infrastructure, AI architecture, data pipelines, and engineering management.
  2. Lead AI/NLP teams building production-ready applications using LLMs, LangChain, and vector search.
  3. Oversee integration of medical NLP models for clinical accuracy and contextualization.
  4. Ensure scalability and efficiency of AI pipelines processing large volumes of medical records, lab results, and genomic data.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership, with at least 3+ years in healthcare or AI-focused environments.
  • Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), AI/ML architecture, and scalable systems design.
  • Strong track record in leading AI/NLP teams building production-ready applications.
  • Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django, and ML frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
