- Degree in Accounting or a related field, with advanced certifications (CPA/ACCA) a significant advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, preferably within a mid-sized to large organization.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial results, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proficiency in various accounting software, e-invoicing systems, and other relevant tools and technologies.
- English fluency, with ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience with accounting firms, public practice, or similar environments a significant plus.
