Main Responsibilities- Comprehensive Test Planning
- Develop test protocols that encompass performance, durability, and safety aspects of battery systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Execute thorough testing of battery systems according to established protocols.
- Analyze test data to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Communicate test results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and safety.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline required.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA, and 8D methodologies.
- Experience in testing of Li-Ion batteries highly desirable.
