Solarvest is a growing organization that requires a dedicated Marketing Admin to support the marketing department. As a Marketing Admin, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing functions, working closely with the team to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing department, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Coordinate logistics for marketing department meetings and conferences, arranging travel, accommodation, and other necessary arrangements.
  • Manage Documents: Assist with printing, copying, and storing marketing department documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Monitor Budgets and Expenses: Monitor and update the marketing department's budget and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Assist with Customer Inquiries: Assist in responding to marketing-related inquiries from customers via social media messaging, email, or phone through the CRM system.
  • Perform Data Entry and Sales Lead Management: Perform data entry, filtering, and keying in sales leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Relevant business diploma or degree with at least internship experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Google Workspace, utilizing software applications efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Arrangements: Full-time position with flexibility for occasional travel as required, accommodating changing work demands.
  • Personal Qualities: Well-organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task, with good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
