As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for handling the accounts of Hakko Products in their Bukit Jelutong Office.

You will accurately record and post accounts receivable and payable transactions in the accounting system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial documents and records.
  • Managing daily administrative tasks to support the accounting department.
  • Creating and maintaining new customer profiles in the system.
  • Generating and distributing Statements of Accounts for customers.
  • Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are correctly recorded and accounted for.
  • Performing general accounting duties, including data entry and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Accountancy, Business, or a related field, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience in an accounting or finance role.

A strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively are essential for this position.
