About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Beauty Expert to join our team at Shiseido Company, Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail operations management, with a deep understanding of the local beauty landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the retail strategy to align all business objectives for the brand
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through tracking, monitoring, and analysis of sales performance
  • Execute marketing and retail activities designed to gain share/ranking and improve sell-in opportunities
  • Regularly provide feedback and insights on retail outlook, competitive activities, and retailer developments
  • Sales Reporting – Prepare, analyze, and share financial risks and opportunities
