We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst - Treasury Department to join our Corporate office. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing Treasury functions, ensuring individual KPIs and SLAs are achieved, and producing daily and weekly reports on a timely and accurate basis.

The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar function. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and computer applications, strong initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills, and dedication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To extract and prepare projected payment reports for submission to CMA HO Treasury.
  2. To arbitrate cash allocation under CMA HO instruction.
  3. To perform variance analysis between actual versus projected payments.
  4. Review and highlight all late/unprocessed invoices to avoid urgent payment support to agencies.
  5. Coordinate with SSC and Cluster Heads on payment release items.
  6. Instruct SSC to build payment batches.
  7. Review payment batches prepared by SSC and arbitrate ad-hoc payment release items requested by Cluster that are not included in the forecast report.
  8. To support migration projects initiated by HO Transformation team and ensure all related tasks are performed on a timely manner.
  9. Any other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Accounting Degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar function.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
  • Teamwork and cooperation, strong initiative, good interpersonal & communication skills, and dedication.
  • Working experience in a Global Finance Shared Service Centre would be an added advantage with prior working experience with financial systems.
