Job Opportunity at Malaysianbar

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Conveyancing Lawyer or Junior Conveyancing Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling Sale and Purchase Agreements, including Developer Projects and Sub-Sales, and attending to Bank Loan Documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, bankers, developers, and governmental bodies to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Assisting lawyers in handling conveyancing files, including sub-sales, project, and loan documentations.
Requirements:
  • Junior Conveyancing Lawyer: 1-3 years of experience in conveyancing, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Junior Conveyancing Clerk: minimum 1 year of experience, familiarity with bank, land office, and LHDN requirements and procedures, and a hardworking and meticulous attitude.
